Booking Conditions

• Room accommodations and golf reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prior reservation is required.
• Rates are valid for two (2) adults per room. Additional charges may apply for extra persons or children, subject to the hotel’s child and extra person policy.
• Room occupancy will be based on the hotel policy – 2 Adults and 2 Kids (12 years old and below) or 3 Adults (3rd person subject to extra person charge)
• Guests must observe and comply with all hotel and golf safety regulations while within the premises during the game.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, privileges, corporate or negotiated rates, group bookings, or M.I.C.E. events.
• This promotional package is not eligible for earning ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty points.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the promotion without prior notice.

Payment & Guarantee

• A valid credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or QR payment may be required to guarantee the booking.
• Payment per chosen rate plan:
  • Flexible Rate: Payment at the hotel.
  • Advance Purchase: Full prepayment; non-refundable.

Cancellation

• Booking is non-refundable.
• Booking can be rebooked but will be subject to price difference.
• Cancellation or modification of guaranteed bookings must be received by 3:00 PM (local hotel time) 24 hours prior the day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge a one (1) night penalty charge.
• In case of non-arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge a one (1) night penalty charge.
